Our Positive Parenting Program helps parents build stronger relationships with their children through healthy communication, positive discipline, stress management, and practical parenting strategies. ESL Literacy and Conversation

Our welcoming English classes help newcomers strengthen their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Participants build confidence using practical English for employment, education, appointments, parenting, shopping, transportation, and everyday life in Canada.

Our seniors’ programs provide social, educational, cultural, and wellness activities that help older adults remain active, informed, safe, and connected. Our culturally responsive peer-led and in-home programs connect families with people who understand their experiences. Participants receive practical assistance, parenting guidance, encouragement, wellness information, and connections that strengthen family stability and reduce social isolation.

Community Connection and Settlement Support

We help newcomer and immigrant families understand Canadian systems and connect with essential services. Our support includes settlement information, referrals, form-completion assistance, community orientation, advocacy, and connections to housing, income, healthcare, education, employment, and family resources.
